电动手指机械手能精确控制手指开合宽度，既有利于夹持不同大小的元器件，又有利于在密度较高的电路板上完成插装作业。长园电动手指机械手拥有强大的通用性：
含两个电动夹头 + 一个真空吸嘴的双栖机械手，能处理不同尺寸的元件。
电动夹头手指和真空吸嘴都可以快速自动更换以适应不同形状元件的插装。
电动夹头/气动吸嘴都配备插装过程控制传感器，及检查插装过程又保护了电路板不被划伤。

用体积小巧的上料器取代了上料车，大幅提升单台设备的上料能力。
不同种类的元器件直接通过各自滑道供应到机械手下方，省去料车需要反复切换料盘而损失的大量时间。
直接将元器件方向翻转和切脚成型等功能整合在上料器内一次完成，省时省钱。
